Puppy Purchase Info

The first step in the process of purchasing a puppy is to fill out our application (see our application page). We will review your application and notify you by email if you have been approved to purchase puppy.

Deposits ($300.00) are not due until you are placed on a existing puppy list after puppies are born. You will be contacted by breeder once puppies are born, in order of which you appear on waiting litter list to see if you would like to be placed on available puppy list. Once you choose to be placed on puppy list with your chosen sex a deposit is due ($300) to hold your pick spot/sex. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Puppy choice is based on order in which deposits are received, a list is posted so you will know your position on list. Picking of puppies will begin around 5-6 weeks of age. I post which puppies are taken so when it is your turn to pick you will know which ones are still available. We recommend you have a preference list of at least 3, as you are not guaranteed your choice will be available. If you plan on visiting to pick a puppy at appropriate age (5-6 weeks), you need to be readily available as there will be others waiting to make their picks. We can also arrange facetime visits for picking process.

We do NOT accept personal checks for final payments. We accept: Cash, Money Orders, Bank Checks, and PayPal. If using paypal for a final payment a 3% charge will be added to total amount funded through this form of payment. Payment in full is due at time of pickup.

Puppies will be ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. At that time puppy will have been de-wormed 3 times, have age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and thoroughly vet checked. You will receive a copy of vet health certificate, vaccination/worming record, AKC registration, copy of buyer/seller agreement contract and AKC puppy info packet. Staring in April of 2022 we will be providing health and food tolerance tests for each puppy, this will be very beneficial to both puppy and new owners. Puppy will leave our home happy and healthy. We will provide you with food, collar/leash and toy. Once our puppies leave our home doesn’t mean I am done with them….If for any reason you have a question or concern NEVER hesitate to contact me.

Our puppies will have LIMITED REGISTRATION only (no breeding rights). The puppy will be AKC registrable.

We provide a 2 year (26 months) health guarantee against any congenital or hereditary DISABLING DISEASE. Puppy sales contract must be signed/returned within 2 weeks of sale or guarantee is void. (see Puppy Sales Contract)

Shipping: I DO NOT SHIP PUPPIES AS CARGO….I WILL ONLY SHIP IN CABIN WITH NEW OWNER

Late pick ups/shipping: I will give you 7 days to make arrangements to pick up your puppy after they are ready to go. Every day after the 7 you will be charged $25 per day until puppy is picked up.

3) Personal Checks, the only time we DO NOT accept them is for final payments

5) PayPal, a 3% charge is added to final bill for total amount paid through paypal. Please note: I do not add 3% to deposits made through paypal, any other payments there will be the 3% added to final bill.
